    Shipping

    We have a Flat Shipping Rate of only $11 (AU$ incl. GST) per order to all Australian States and Territories, however due to signature required on all deliveries, unfortunately we do not ship to PO Boxes.

    Deliveries are made using mainstream courier companies and Australia Post, depending on destination and size of package.

    More than 90 % of orders are shipped by the next business day and if there's going to be any delay with your order, we'll contact you within that time.

    You will generally receive your order within 3 business days if you're living in a populated city, however please note that delivery to some rural and remote locations can take up to 5 business days following dispatch.

    The delivery address must be attended during business hours for acceptance of the delivery. A signature of the person receiving the package is required for all deliveries.


    Tracking

    You will receive a tracking number from us once we process your order, so you can check out its progress from dispatch to delivery. Australia Post and other couriers can sometimes take up to 12 hours to update the initial lodgement scan of your package to their tracking apps.

    If you've already made an order and you'd like to track its progress, you can do so at any time by Logging In to your account. If you checked out as a guest when you made the order, you can track your order here, using your last name, e-mail address and order ID, which was sent to your email after checkout.


    Returns, Refunds & Replacements

    All hardware is covered by at least the Australian minimum statutory manufacturer warranty of 12 months. Claims during the warranty life must be made in accordance with the details of manufacturer’s warranty.

    If the product is found dead on arrival (DOA), you must notify us within 30 days of receiving the item and return it in its original condition and packaging with proof of purchase.

    The returned product must not bare any of signs of physical or liquid damage.

    Upon approval, replacement of the item or monetary refund will be made as soon as possible, usually within 7 days.

    The original shipping cost is non-refundable and any associated costs incurred by the buyer or any related third parties are not reimbursable, however the buyer will not be charged for shipping of an identical replacement product.

    For all returns, please email us at shop@ironline.com.au and we will provide you with an RA (Return Authorisation) number to track the returned product.

    Please prominently include the RA number within the return shipping of the product. If the RA is number is not included, we cannot process the refund.

    Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided in cases where you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection. We recommend that you carefully review any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and confirming your purchase.

    Although we do our best to maintain accurate listings, product images in the store may vary from the actual product. Accordingly, images should only be used as a point of reference. For more detailed product specification and information, please visit the manufacturers’ web site and search using the Manufacturer Part Number (MPN) provided in each listing.


    Payments

    We use Paypal as our online merchant gateway and you will be directed to their secure site for payment processing during checkout.

    You do not require a Paypal account to buy from the Ironline store. You can use your preferred credit card in the same manner as per other secure online merchant payment gateways.

    Any refunds will be credited back to the same Paypal or credit card account from which payment for the purchase was made.
